Upon acceptance of the purchase order for its first production vehicle,
Armor Mobile Systems’ management committed to providing exceptional post-delivery support of its vehicles. Over the years this commitment has been fulfilled, and today our Customer Service has a well deserved reputation for rapid and accurate support of our vehicles.
In the year 2000, we expanded the mission of the Customer Service Group and began performing on-site maintenance of our vehicles, as well as coordination of service for remote vehicles, relieving our customers of these tasks and providing a single point of contact for service issues.
This expanded mission has met with great success, with a number of service and service-coordination contracts. This has required that we expand the size and capability of our customer service group to the point where we can now offer:
